How to install:

Download and install .NET 3.5 - only skip this step if you are 100% sure you already have it.

If you are running Linux or Mac OSX, instead ensure you have dotnet20 (not mono) and gdiplus installed via winetricks. RUM will then run flawlessly under Wine.

For uploading to work correctly, you may need to completely disable your firewall, especially Windows Firewall and Bitdefender. For Kaspersky, you must manually add an exception; accepting the warning is not enough.

tl;dr - Uploading is now more stable than ever before, and it's a miracle it even worked in previous versions.
Fixed some uploading issues, specifically where it would randomly freeze and/or fail to read the file. I uploaded Windows 7 Home Premium TWICE with 4x and 4mb chunks with no problems whatsoever, so I don't want to hear any complaints.
Tweaked some TCP settings for uploading to hopefully make it run more smoothly.
Reverted to old icon system; added some more file formats. In reality this means faster load times and no more instacrashing for people with messed up registries.
Implemented the new Remote Upload remotegets_v1 addjob, killjob, killfinishedjobs and listjobs API calls. Two birds with one stone - not only are the remote upload issues fixed, the status messages and progress are more accurate now too.
Didn't add the ability to copy remote upload links because even though the API now provides the completed fileids, it would still need to load your full file list to get the actual filenames so you might as well just do it manually.
Deleting a folder no longer redirects you to Global - / is used instead.
Fixed single rename actually renaming a file twice.
Fixed single rename resulting in errors/filename disappearing with the security lock on.

Worked around crash when exiting for users not running RUM as an administrator. This may introduce other crashes, so please always run RUM as an administrator.

Linkchecker will now stay within the 2000 byte files parameter size limit (I know it's supposed to be 100000, but > 2000 gives 400 Bad Request), rather than just doing a certain number of files and hoping for the best.

Possibly fixed surprisingly common random crashes due to HTTP response streams getting garbage collected (RUMbot). This is likely to be why RUM crashed when used for extended periods of time.
